NEXT Yacht Group at the upcoming autumn boat shows with its brands AB Yachts and Maiora

Constantly looking to turn elegance, liveability and sportiness into unique emotions for its owners through the specificities of its brands AB YACHTS and MAIORA, Next Yacht Group will be presenting its latest models at the upcoming autumn boat shows.

AB YACHTS is the Next Yacht Group brand that offers the sportiest products - a combination of technology and unparalleled style, with extraordinary performances in terms of speed, manoeuvrability and comfort and with exclusive glamour, and functional solutions, to enjoy life at sea like never before.

All brand models share sinuous and dynamic lines, but - thanks to product modularity - also allow every owner to customise the yacht to their own onboard lifestyle and enjoy contact with the sea going beyond any stereotypes and setting creativity free.

AB YACHTS is market leader in this segment, and the only true option for owners wishing to create an incomparable jewel, impossible to imitate, and to safely and efficiently experience the pleasure of high performances, discovering more in less time: cruising in the utmost comfort from Portofino to Saint Tropez in just a couple of hours, or from Miami to Cat Cays, Bahamas, in an hour is no longer a luxury, but reality.

At this year's autumn boat shows Next Yacht Group will be presenting a new interpretation of the AB 100, a model that last year met with huge success in the Superfast version.

The AB 100 offers her guests the thrill of speeding beyond 50 knots almost without noticing it, enjoying maximum comfort and unmatched efficiency while experiencing the rush of pure adrenaline in total safety. Behind such impressive performances stand a construction technique perfected in over 30 years' experience; cutting-edge technological solutions in propulsion, stabilization, trim control and seakeeping; and AB YACHTS' painstaking care for details and for nurturing the Owner's passion and expectations.

This unit is one more proof of outstanding product configuration versatility, with even more charming interiors and a series of solutions that make the most of onboard spaces. The concealed sliding door connects the aft cockpit and the salon, to create one single, generous open space, free of any physical obstacles and pervaded by the natural light that shines through floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces, offering a 360-degree breathtaking view and a constant eye contact with the sea. The stern hosts a fully-equipped, ready-to-enjoy beach area, featuring an exclusive, innovative AB YACHTS system to launch /haul and store tenders and jet skis, with water toys and everything is needed truly at hand.

All onboard areas, both indoor and outdoor, are extremely versatile, to be fully enjoyed by guests and reflect their unique lifestyle and preferences.

The interiors have been pencilled by internationally-renowned architect Marco Casamonti, reflecting his vision and his exquisitely 'tactile' style, with a focus on interior décor and furnishings. Architect Casamonti is the Art Director of the Group and Full Professor of Architectural and Urban Planning at the University of Genoa, as well as the co-founder of Studio Archea, who, through over 180 architects, has completed Architectural, Design, Interior Design and Graphic Design projects all over the world.

The yacht will have her world premiere in Cannes (6/11 September), Genoa (22/27 September), and Monaco (28 September/1 October).

MAIORA is the Next Yacht Group brand that epitomises quintessential Italian craftsmanship and offers owners unparalleled onboard liveability, with incredibly bright and welcoming interiors, and great versatility, to alternate peaceful moments spent at anchor with the pleasant buzz of conviviality. All this is possible thanks to an innovative "structural modular" system that allows every owner to configure the boat to their specific needs, making the most of the generous onboard spaces and ad-hoc functional solutions for enjoying the sea and the sun, or the sportiness and the marine performances, at best. And exclusively.

The MAIORA EXUMA line offers the sportiest interpretation of this product concept: elegance, huge volumes, and innovative solutions at a speed of 35 knots, always in the utmost comfort and safety.

At this year's autumn boat shows Next Yacht Group will be presenting the MAIORA 35 EXUMA and the MAIORA 30, in its “Walkaround” version.

Conceived for an experienced and passionate Owner, MAIORA 35 EXUMA “Lady Nina” has very distinctive technical and design features and blends together outstanding liveability, advanced technologies, and unmatched performances in her segment - all attributes that have led this model to immediate market success.

Three water-jet units, including two MJP 650 DRB and a central Booster, combined with three Caterpillar C32 Acert, 1925 Hp will push these crafts to a maximum speed of 35 knots, always ensuring maximum comfort, free of any vibrations. This type of propulsion also widens the choice of possible cruising speeds: at 10 knots consumption is 160 l/hour, with two engines and a generator running, delivering a range exceeding 1,600 nautical miles; but already at 20 knots consumption per mile is almost constant, allowing for a cruising speed between 20 and 30 knots at equivalent consumption levels. Indisputably efficient. Two gyroscopic stabilisers (Seakeeper 35) and dynamic trim control increase on-board comfort and safety when cruising. Outstanding manoeuvrability and the ability to navigate in shallow waters – something only a water-jet propulsion system allows for - means that the yacht has a very short stopping distance and can perform unique manoeuvres and sharp turns in the utmost safety, to explore the wonderful beaches and waters of Cat Island, Abacos, Paradise Island and, of course, Exumas!

With her 35.20 m length, 7.8 m width, and impressive interdeck heights, this vessel offers her Owner and his guests extremely airy, comfortable exterior and interior spaces, to enjoy onboard life during long cruises or have fun discovering wonderful hidden locations and views that would otherwise be missed.

The exterior lines are slender, rakish, and powerful-looking. The stern is characterised by a large, elegant staircase that leads directly to the sea: a refreshing dive is just a few steps away! Generous spaces have been reserved for the tenders: one is almost 6.50 metres long, quite an unprecedented size on a 35-metre boat, and is stored in the floodable side garage, allowing it to be launched fast, easily, and safely; the other 3.5-metre service tender is available for the crew in the aft garage.  Not to mention that water toys and anything one needs to enjoy life at sea are always readily accessible and at hand.

The interior layout has been designed to create a seamless, free-flowing continuum between indoor and outdoor areas, always ensuring maximum privacy, if one so wishes. Natural light pervades all interiors, shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the salon and the wide windows in the master stateroom as well as in the guest cabins located on the lower deck.

The “Lady Nina” is fitted with two helm stations -  an original and yet extremely functional choice: one is located forward on the main deck, directly connected to the crew quarters, and is meant to be used exclusively by the captain; the second, on the upper deck, enables the Owner to drive his boat while spending time with his family and guests as they are having fun and relaxing: in the blink of an eye, the Owner can take command or hand it back to the captain on the main deck and continue to enjoy valuable time with his guests.

This second helm station is part of a large salon located in the central part of the fly bridge and connected to the outdoor areas, both fore and aft. The peculiarity of this area is that it is fully convertible: thanks to the up & down side and front windows, the fully-retractable aft door, and a sliding "moon-roof", this enclosed and perfectly conditioned space of about 45 square metres (485 square feet) can be easily converted into a totally open area, where, in less than a minute, one can decide to enjoy the breeze at sunset or dine under the stars.

On board, the atmosphere is extremely sophisticated and plays on different colour shades: Canaletto walnut with a Wengé finish for the walls, Canaletto walnut for the floors, and warm oak in the ceilings, resulting in a contrasting and light-enhancing effect. In the salon, slate has been used to decorate the main pieces of furniture and two wine cellars have been custom-built - one for wines and the other for a precious collection of tequila. The full-beam master stateroom and a professional galley can also be found on the main deck.

The lower deck accommodates an additional nine guests in four cabins: a second owner's cabin and two double cabins with exclusive sea level views, as well as a twin cabin with Pullman bed.

The crew quarters can sleep up to five crew members in three separate cabins and feature a second full galley and a spacious crew mess. A direct passage to the helm station ensures that the Owner and his guests will always enjoy complete privacy.

The "Lady Nina" will be on display in Cannes (6/11 September) and Monaco (28 September/1 October).

With her 30.5 m length, 7.5 m width, and impressive interdeck heights, the MAIORA 30 features the largest surfaces and volumes in her category. Onboard, the feeling is that of being on a much larger yacht - something that makes this model unmatched on the market. Moreover, her modular configuration solutions mean that the exteriors can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, though always favouring the closest possible contact with the sea.

In the "Walkaround" version, this is a very "Mediterranean" yacht, because, thanks to her spacious outdoor areas and side walkways free of any structural impediments, her guests can freely and easily move around the entire fly bridge, from bow to stern, with the unique comfort of a huge area free of any possible obstacles - no steps, no stairs, no structural elements. The fly bridge is for sure one of this vessel's main strengths: in this en plein air area, extending over approximately 120 square metres from bow to stern, the Owner and his guests will be able to enjoy maximum privacy or spend pleasant time with their family and friends, sunbathe or relax in the shaded areas caressed by the breeze, sip a cocktail at sunset or dine under the stars - maximum versatility and, consequently, unmatched freedom being the key words that capture this vessel's essence.

Stepping on board, guests are welcomed by an exquisitely furnished cockpit, from which a few steps lead to the water. Here is a spacious fully-equipped sunbathing area - a real terrace overlooking the sea that is simply waiting to be enjoyed.

On the main deck, the salon has floor-to-ceiling windows ensuring incredible brightness and a constant eye contact with the sea, but can also be easily converted into a cinema room where the Owner and his guests can enjoy moments of pure emotions. The master stateroom, located forward, has an almost full-beam bathroom and all the space needed to feel at home even during long-range cruises.

Here, important partners like K-array, Samsung, and Poltrona Frau have teamed up with the shipyard both as regards technological, audio and entertainment solutions and in conceiving original furniture & furnishings that will make life on board a truly unprecedented experience. Four cabins can be found on the lower deck, while the crew quarters can accommodate up to five crew members.

This is an RPH (Raised Pilot House) model.  The side garage, with its over-2-metre height, can fit a tender exceeding 6 metres in length - also an unparalleled feature in this class - and countless water toys.  At the bow, well-hidden, are an additional garage to store a “full-size” jet ski (that can be lowered into the sea using a hidden davit) and a nearly 2-metre-high peak with dual access, to store away all nautical equipment – no more stumbling and impediments on the exterior decks, at last!

Two MTU 12V2000M96X, 2000 Hp engines push her to a maximum speed of 23 knots, while guaranteeing excellent stability and onboard comfort thanks to the zero-speed stabilisers operating both when cruising and at anchor.

The Maiora 30 will be taking part in the Yachting Festival in Cannes (6/11 September) and in the Genoa Boat Show (22/27 September).
