The Next Yacht Group deeply believes in the relationships with schools, technical institutes and universities in the area for the identification of young talents and the development of professionalism increasingly oriented to the evolutions of the nautical industry and its specific corporate mission, and precisely for this reason on April 19 it opened its doors to a group of students from the Istituto Tecnico Nautico Statale Artiglio.

A group of young students, accompanied by the teaching staff, had the opportunity to enter the reality of a nautical excellence in Versilia, Next Yacht Group, owner of the historic Maiora and AB Yachts brands, visiting the Viareggio headquarters and having the opportunity to taste the same emotions that few - the final owners - are lucky enough to experience. The message the shipyard wants to convey to these talents is clear: passion, dedication and skills must come together to create tailor-made projects and give unique emotions.

After an introductory presentation at the headquarters, the visit moved to one of the production sites where the students were able to experience the process of  yachts out fitting in the various stages of construction, and then concluded with an adrenaline-fueled sea trial at over 55 knots aboard an AB 80, an 80-footer from the group's sportiest brand, personally verifying the unique naval performance and the appeal of the styling and functional solutions that make the AB Yachts brand a leader in its market segment.

Next Yacht Group sets itself increasingly challenging and ambitious goals with a mission to cultivate and develop emotions, not only for its Owners but for all its Stakeholders, first and foremost its current and future employees. And reading this emotion in the eyes of future generations was definitely a success.
